At SafetyPro by TTST, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.

Products may be returned and considered for a refund within 3 business days of purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:

* The product is in its original packaging
* The product is in good and resalable condition
* The product has not been used, damaged, altered or worn
* All original packaging, labels and accessories are included where applicable
* Proof of purchase is provided

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or refund.

Refund Process

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, SafetyPro by TTST will determine whether it qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using an appropriate payment method agreed with the customer.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been inspected and accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact SafetyPro by TTST as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
