Return Policy

Return Period
Customers may request to return eligible products within 3 business days of purchase.
Conditions for Returns
For a return to be accepted:
* The product must be in its original packaging
* The product must be in good condition
* The product must be unused, unworn and undamaged
* Original labels, packaging and accessories should be included where applicable
* Proof of purchase must be provided
Products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered may not be eligible for return.
Hygiene & Safety Products
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, certain PPE products may not be eligible for return once opened, used or worn.
Exchanges
Where applicable, customers may request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability and the product meeting the return conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact SafetyPro by TTST as soon as possible so that the issue can be assessed and an appropriate solution provided.

Final Approval
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by SafetyPro by TTST.
SafetyPro by TTST reserves the right to decline a return where the product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy or where the return falls outside the permitted 3-business-day return period.
